Refunds and Returns Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

If any of the toys, games or activities purchased via a subscription or gift box are found to be faulty, then simply return the box in its entirety, in its original condition, including all of the contents, and packaging and Playwise will replace these goods free of charge.

These terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
